Collaborative studies now strongly suggest that the GCTM-2 antigen is very similar to that detected by another antibody (3-177) raised against a dif ferent embryonal carcinoma cell line; 3-177 shows a similar pattern of immunostaining in cultured cells and tissues to that of GCTM-2 [19; Andrew, Pera, Damjanov et al, manuscript in preparation].…”
