Possibilities of per-oral transpapillary cholangioscopy in oncological practice

Abstract: Relevance. Diagnosis of malignant diseases causing bile duct strictures is a big challenge. At admission, patients with suspected biliary tract stricture, initially undergo endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) as a diagnostic and treatment method.
