Again, polysaccharide material containing galactose, mannose, and glucose in the ratio 6:1:2 has been isolated from kidney ( Dohlman and Balazs, 1955 ) .…”

Standard curves prepared from pure samples of nucleic acids in identical assay conditions (Slater, 1956) were employed for the final calculation of nucleic acid concentrations.…”
