Polyquaternium-1–Associated Dendritiform Keratopathy

Abstract: Purpose: To report a case of polyquaternium-1 (Polyquad, PQ-1)–associated dendritiform keratopathy that developed after exposure to the tear substitute Systane (Alcon Laboratories, Inc, Fort Worth, TX).
