Abstract: This study involves the investigation of the complexation ability of poly(2‐[dimethylamino]ethyl methacrylate)‐b‐poly(hydroxypropyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA‐b‐PHPMA) amphiphilic pH and thermoresponsive block copolymers, and their quaternized counterparts QPDMAEMA‐b‐PHPMA, toward short DNA in aqueous solutions.
