Physicochemical and Organoleptic Characteristics of Dehydrated Apricots under Different Drying Conditions

Abstract: ResearchPage 3 ABSTRACTThe present study was carried out to investigate the effect of different drying methods on the physicochemical composition and organoleptic characteristics of dehydrated apricot fruits.
