Phylogenomics resolves major relationships and reveals significant diversification rate shifts in the evolution of silk moths and relatives

Abstract: Background Silkmoths and their relatives constitute the ecologically and taxonomically diverse superfamily Bombycoidea, which includes some of the most charismatic species of Lepidoptera.
