Photoswitches of One-Dimensional Ag2MO4 (M = Cr, Mo, and W)

Abstract: Large-scale, high-purity, and uniform one-dimensional Ag 2 MO 4 (M ) Cr, Mo, and W) were obtained by a facile hydrothermal method. The as-prepared Ag 2 MO 4 materials exhibited linear current-voltage (I-V) characteristics and excellent photoresponse. As the light source was switched on and off, the currents could be reversibly switched between high and low value at the voltage of 0.1 V.
