“…It is postulated that this maybe due to spontaneous involution (fading) . The literature on serial photographic or dermatoscopic evidence of fading melanocytic naevi is very sparse . We present a case series of fading melanocytic naevi and describe the different dermatoscopic patterns observed.…”
