Abstract:Photochemical mapping of nucleophiles in close proximity to the active site Cys149 of rabbit glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was demonstrated based on the nucleophilic aromatic photosubstitution reaction using two regioisomers of alkoxy-fluoro-nitro-substituted benzenes.
