Abstract: T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T-LGL) is characterized by chronic clonal lymphoproliferation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). Despite exhibiting phenotypic properties of antigen-activated cells, including expression of Fas and FasL, T-LGL cells accumulate and demonstrate resistance to apoptosis.
