Phenolic Contents, Oxidant/Antioxidant Potential and Heavy Metal Levels in Cyclocybe cylindracea

Abstract: Introduction: Mushroom species have been used for medical purposes and as nutrients since the old times. The present study aimed to determine phenolic content, antioxidant activity and heavy metal content of Cyclocybe cylindracea (DC.) Vizzini & Angelini mushroom.
