Abstract: We have previously characterized a mechanism of 5HT-stimulated extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 (ERK1/2) activation via the non-RNA-edited isoform of the serotonin 5HT(2C) receptor (5HT(2C)R-INI) in a CHO cell line.
