Pharmacokinetics and tolerance of flunitrazepam in neonates and in infants

Abstract: Postnatal age but not gestational age influenced flunitrazepam pharmacokinetic parameters in neonates and infants. Diastolic blood pressure was inversely correlated to flunitrazepam plasma concentration.
