Peritoneal Carcinomatosis of Gastric Origin – Treatment Possibilities

Abstract: Východiska: Metastatické postižení peritonea u karcinomu žaludku představuje dia gnostický i terapeutický problém. Časná stadia často nejsou dia gnostikována neinvazivními zobrazo vacími metodami. Peritoneální rozsev (vč. pozitivní peritoneální cytologie) je konvenčními chirurgickými technikami radikálně neřešitelný.
