Peripheral chondrosarcoma progression is accompanied by decreased Indian Hedgehog signalling

Abstract: Hedgehog (HH) signalling is important for specific developmental processes, and aberrant, increased activity has been described in various tumours. Disturbed HH signalling has also been implicated in the hereditary syndrome, Multiple Osteochondromas.
