Drinking coffee is a tradition and social value. This study aims to find the cultural values and traditions of drinking coffee in Acehnese society, precisely in Takengon. Another goal is to find out the social, economic values and changes in coffee drinking. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research sample was taken using a purposive method. The results of the study indicate that there are socio-cultural changes in Indonesia, one of which is the tradition of drinking coffee, precisely in Central Aceh district, Takengon. If in the past, most people drank coffee in ordinary coffee shops at affordable prices, now coffee shops are designed more modern with attractively packaged marketing so that many customers are interested. Another finding is that there are social values such as the value of friendship, the value of brotherhood and social relations with fellow friends when drinking coffee. There are even values of conversation about social life in coffee shops. Another finding is that there are livelihood values because coffee shops will generate livelihoods for coffee shop owners and coffee producers. Finally, there are ethical values that must be used especially to produce quality coffee

The Indonesian government defines domestic violence as any act of violence against a person, particularly women, that results in physical, sexual, psychological, or economic harm or suffering within the home. This encompasses threats of violence, coercion, and the deprivation of freedom. The high prevalence of domestic violence and the negative impacts that occur on victims of domestic violence make problems related to domestic violence a significant problem that affects the quality of life. This research employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach, with the objective of elucidating the quality of life of women who are divorced as a result of domestic violence. The findings of this study indicate that the participants' physical condition deteriorated following divorce, increasing their susceptibility to disease. Furthermore, the psychological condition of the participants was found to be poor, their spiritual quality was low, and their social relationships declined. However, following the commencement of employment, women who were divorced due to domestic violence were ultimately able to enhance their quality of life, including attaining greater financial stability and psychological well-being. This was characterized by a lack of fear and depression. Furthermore, there was a discernible improvement in their quality of life in social relationships, manifested in the form of numerous interpersonal connections

Kehidupan masyarakat Aceh tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan keude kupi (warung kopi). Banyak aktivitas masyarakat yang dilakukan di keude kupi, sehingga menimbulkan stigma negatif terhadap tempat ini. Stigma negatif tersebut ditinjau dari banyaknya aktivitas membuang-buang waktu, seperti duduk berlama-lama saban hari di keude kupi, padahal dibalik stigma tersebut terdapat nilai sosial yang terjadi. Nilai sosial ini dibentuk dengan adanya interaksi sosial antara individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok, dan kelompok dengan kelompok. Dengan terjadinya interaksi sosial ini, komunikasi yang terbentuk dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam informasi, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang menjadikan keude kupi sebagai axis mundi. Gagasan ini diaktualisasikan melalui karya seni musik dengan menginterpretasikan kembali interaksi sosial tersebut ke dalam bentuk penggarapan dialog bunyi. Tujuan dari penelitian karya seni ini adalah untuk mengaktualisasikan interaksi sosial di keude kupi sebagai axis mundi masyaraat Aceh melalui dialog bunyi menggunakan pendekatan reinterpretasi. Untuk merealisasikan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penciptaan dengan menggabungkan proses penciptaan musik dari Pande Made Sukerta (Menyusun Gagasan Isi, Menyusun Ide Garapan, Menentukan Garapan) dan teori garap dari Rahayu Supanggah (Materi Garap, Pengarap, Sarana Garap, Prabot, Penentu Garap, dan Pertimbangan Garap).
