“…Outro aspecto relevante observado foi que áreas do cuidado que demandam um tempo mais prolongado de assistência foram os mais citados e estudados. Doenças que têm uma evolução crônica, tais como, tuberculose, AIDS e de caráter psiquiátrico, foram o foco da maior parte dos estudos, pois estas exigem do doente e da equipe uma relação amigável, pautada no respeito e confiança, não podendo dispensar o diálogo, que não deve ser baseado apenas nos problemas de saúde, mas sim, valorizar outros fatores que podem influenciar na continuidade do tratamento, haja vista que são doenças extremamente carregadas de estigmas e preconceitos, além de acarretar, algumas vezes problemas relacionados ao convívio familiar e social (18)(19)(20)(21) .
