Abstract: Introducción: Los pacientes oncológicos infantiles presentan diversas deficiencias en sus funciones y estructuras corporales derivados de los tumores mismos o de los distintos tratamientos empleados, ya sea cirugía, quimioterapia, radioterapia o la suma de ellos.
