Penile Cavernosal Artery Pseudoaneurysm

Abstract: A patient presented with a mass in the cavernous body. The mass, 1 cm in diameter, was detected in the left cavernous body on the MRI and color Doppler ultrasound of the penis of the patient, who presented with pain approximately 3 months after a blunt trauma to the pelvic region. According to the statement of the patient, any direct trauma to the penis was obscure. The lesion was resected and pathological examination of the removed mass revealed pseudoaneurysm.
