This study aims to determine the response of students to Rulisca learning media with the Problem Based Learning learning model at Muntilan Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive approach to analysis of student responses in the study of the implementation of learning media. The subjects of the study were grade IV students totaling 18 students through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study were obtained from the questionnaire sheet of student responses in learning related to energy change material. Based on the results of a study consisting of 10 statements, it shows that Rulisca's learning media received a Considerably Interested. This is influenced because the media used uses the application of renewable technology to the concept of energy change. Rulisca makes students have a high curiosity to build their thinking constructions. Learning media used in energy change by involving solar cell technology and assembling supporting devices make students understand and are excited to understand energy changes contextually, besides that the use of Problem Based Learning learning models also makes students to think critically and logically in understanding problems. Stages in the learning model also make students feel more enthusiastic in the learning process.

This study aimed to develop an Electronic Book (Ebook) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for the Tatbiq Nahwi Ibtida'i course and test its validity. The research method used is research and development (Research and Development); there are five steps in development, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) evaluation, and (5) revision. This ebook product was tested on ten Department of Arabic Literature, the State University of Malang students taking the course—data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques include data identification, grouping, presentation and explanation of data content, and conclusions. The data analysis technique used in quantitative data is percentage data analysis. The resulting development product is an Electronic Book (Ebook) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for the Tatbiq Nahwi Ibtida'i course and the validity of the resulting product. The results of this product validation, namely: the percentage of reality from media experts is 96.7%. At the same time, the value of the material expert percentage validity is 98.5%. From the field test results, the correspondent's percentage value is 83.5%; this shows that the ebook is very valid.

In rapid technological advances, the development of media and teaching materials needs to be integrated with the development of tablet computer technology. Ebook applications have brought the use of e-books as a learning tool. To produce the expected product, the development procedure used was the 4-D development model (four-D model) with the stages of define, design, development, and dissemination. The product was developed using the Flip PDF Corporate application, where each page can be flipped (back and forth) like a real book. This e-book also contains information on learning media with text, images, video tutorials, and student worksheets. Some of the advantages of this application can be accessed offline, so students can study independently via computer or phone. The findings revealed an interactive e-book created in the learning media course using an innovative project and tutorial video that could be implemented in the learning process.
