Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model Inkuiri terbimbing berbasis literasi sains meliputi metode, media pembelajaran, kemampuan yang diukur, materi IPA yang sering digunakan dan instrumen penilaian. Penelitian ini mengkaji literatur secara sistematis pencarian artikel dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish (PoP) dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022 pada google scholer dan web-web perguruan tinggi nasional. Berdasarkan hasil riview 20 artikel terdahulu diperoleh bahwa: 1) model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing memiliki pengaruh terhadap literasi sains menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA; 2) media pembelajaran paper test digunakan untuk memaksimalkan hasil penilaian literasi sains; 3) Bentuk penilaian literasi sains yang digunakan adalah objektif/multiple choice, subjektif/essay, non-objektif/uraian dan deskripsi; 4) Materi yang paling sering digunakan sebagai pokok bahasan penelitian adalah Hukum Newton. Riset ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penelitian selanjutnya dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis literasi sains secara lebih mendalam.

Scientific literacy was chosen as the main goal of science education. As the main goal, scientific literacy in science education is a picture of success in science education carried out by each country. In Indonesia, policies have been taken to support this goal although it is not clearly explained. To find out the success of science learning in the city of Cirebon, the researchers felt the need to analyze the scientific literacy skills of students in the city of Cirebon before providing concrete solutions to the problems faced. This study aims to provide an overview of the scientific literacy skills of junior high school students in Cirebon City. The research design used is quantitative research that uses descriptive (descriptive-quantitative) methods, namely research whose descriptions use size, number or frequency. The study was conducted on 7th grade students at the Cirebon City State Junior High School. The sample used was purposive sampling. The sample selected was State Junior High School with A and B accreditation. The scientific literacy ability in this study was viewed from the aspect of competence, knowledge and context. Based on the results of data processing, as many as 72.13% of seventh grade junior high school students in the city of Cirebon have scientific literacy skills in a very low category. This scientific literacy becomes a reference in applying the ability and quality of science learning in Cirebon City.

Students’ literacy and creative thinking skills in the learning process are not optimal. Students only master science concepts without communicating and solving problems in everyday life. It happens because the learning activities applied by the teacher are less innovative and varied. This study aims to analyze the impact of revised Bloom’s Taxonomy-oriented learning activities on creative thinking skills and scientific literacy. The study had quasi-experimental in a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this study was 60 students; 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. Data collection methods used were tests and questionnaires. The instrument used was a test instrument in description of 10 questions to test critical thinking skills, a questionnaire instrument consisting of 30 statements, and a questionnaire instrument to measure scientific literacy skills. Data analysis methods used were quantitative descriptive and inferential statistical. The Manova analysis obtained 0.00 0.05. Based on the analysis results, effective learning activities develop creative thinking skills and scientific literacy, either partially or simultaneously. Even though it affects creative thinking skills and scientific literacy, the strongly influenced variable is creative thinking skill, which is indicated by a significant increase in the mean value. Thus, learning activities based on Bloom’s Taxonomy become learning recommendations to develop creative thinking skills and scientific literacy.
