Latar Belakang: Angka kematinan ibu dan angka kematian bayi di Indonesia masih tinggi. Partus lama menjadi penyebab 31% kematian ibu. Adapun kematian bayi 27,4% disebabkan karena asfiksia. Asfiksia dapat dideteksi dengan melalui pengukuran skor Apgar. Pemberian hypnobirthing dan teknik rebozo dipercaya dapat mempercepat lama persalinan kala II dan meningkatkan skor Apgar.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo terhadap lama persalinan kala II dan skor Apgar.Metode: Penelitian merupakan quasy experiment, dengan desain posttest only with control group design, di mana kelompok eksperimen diberikan hypnobirthing dan rebozo dan kelompok kontrol hanya diberikan hypnobirthing. Populasi adalah ibu melahirkan di BPM Bidan D di Garut pada periode November – Desember 2021. Sampel masing-masing kelompok sejumlah 20 ibu melahirkan, diambil dengan purposive sampling. Pengukuran lama persalinan kala II digunakan stopwatch dan pada skor Apgar digunakan tes Apgar. Analisis data digunakan uji t sampel independen apabila data penelitian distribusi data normal, dan uji Mann Whitney apabila data penelitian tidak distribusi data normal.Hasil: Hasil pengujian Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala II, ditunjukkan dari nilai Z sebesar -4,420 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor Apgar, ditunjukkan dari nilai Z sebesar --0,284 dan p sebesar 0,776 (p>0,05).Kesimpulan: Pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo berpengaruh terhadap penurunan lama persalinan kala II, dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor Apgar.Saran: hendaknya bidan membuat suatu video pembelajaran teknik hypnobirthing dan rebozo, agar ibu hamil dapat menerapkan teknik hypnobirthing selama masa kehamilan, dan sebagai pembelajaran bagi bidan agar dapat membantu ibu bersalin dalam melakukan teknik rebozo. Kata kunci: Skor Apgar, Hypnobirthing, Lama Persalinan Kala II ABSTRACT Background: Maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia are still high. Long parturition is the cause of 31% of maternal deaths. The 27.4% infant mortality was caused by asphyxia. Asphyxia can be detected by measuring the Apgar score. Giving hypnobirthing and rebozo technique is believed to speed up the duration of the second stage of labor and increase the Apgar score.Purpose: To determine the effect of hypnobirthing and rebozo on the duration of the second stage of labor and the Apgar score.Methods: This research is a quasi experiment, with a posttest only design with control group design, where the experimental group was given hypnobirthing and rebozo and the control group was only given hypnobirthing. The population is mothers giving birth at BPM Midwife Dina Garut in the period November – December 2021. The sample of each group is 20 mothers who give birth, taken by purposive sampling. The measurement of the duration of the second stage of labor was used a stopwatch and the Apgar score was used for the Apgar test. Data analysis used the independent sample t test if the research data was normally distributed, and the Mann Whitney test if the research data was not normally distributed.Result: The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that hypnobirthing and rebozo had an effect on the duration of the second stage of labor, indicated by the Z value of -4.420 and p of 0.000 (p<0.05). giving hypnobirthing and rebozo had no effect on Apgar score, indicated by Z value of -0.284 and p of 0.776 (p>0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of hypnobirthing and rebozo had an effect on decreasing the length of the second stage of labor, and had no effect on the Apgar score.Suggestion: Midwives should make a video learning the hypnobirthing and rebozo techniques, so that pregnant women can apply the hypnobirthing technique during pregnancy, and as a lesson for midwives so they can help mothers in childbirth in doing the rebozo technique. Abstrak: Kejadian komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan pada tahun 2018 di Puskesmas Padang Serai sebesar 81 kasus (20%) dari 404 ibu hamil, dan di Puskesmas Kandang sebesar 93 kasus (20%) dari 465 ibu hamil. Tujuan pengabdian untuk Meningkatkan peran serta ibu hamil dalam kegiatan Hypnobirthing untuk kesiapan ibu menghadapi kehamilan dan menjalani proses persalinan. Metode pengabdian berupa kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan ibu hamil di kelas hypnobirthing. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 15 orang ibu hamil dengan kehamilan trimester III (usia Kehamilan diatas 30 minggu) dan bidan berjumlah 1 orang. Berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang metode hypnobirthing sebelum diberikan sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kelas hypnobirthing untuk kategori tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebesar 40%, cukup 46,7% dan baik 13,3%, dan setelah dilaksanakan kelas hypnobirthing tingkat pengetahuan cukup 33,3% dan baik 66,7%. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang hypnobirthing sehingga dapat menghadapi proses persalinan yang aman dan nyaman.Abstract: The incidence of complications of pregnancy and childbirth in 2018 at Puskesmas Padang Serai was 81 cases (20%) of 404 pregnant women, and at Puskesmas Kandang was 93 cases (20%) of 465 pregnant women. The purpose of the service is to increase the participation of pregnant women in Hypnobirthing activities for the readiness of mothers to face pregnancy and undergo the delivery process. The service method is in the form of counseling activities and empowering pregnant women in hypnobirthing classes. Participants who attended were 10 pregnant women with third trimester pregnancy (pregnancy age above 30 weeks) and 1 midwife. Based on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the hypnobirthing method before being given socialization and implementation of hypnobirthing classes for the category of less knowledge level of 40%, 46,7% sufficient and 13,3% good, and after the implementation of hypnobirthing classes the level of knowledge is 33,3% sufficient and 66,7% good. There is an increase in maternal knowledge about hypnobirthing so that they can face a safe and comfortable birthing process.

Latar belakang: Kehamilan dan persalinan merupakan keadaan fisiologis yang dialami oleh setiap perempuan. Semakin bertambahnya usia kehamilan sering muncul rasa khawatir, cemas dan takut menjelang persalinan dan pada saat proses persalinan. Penanganan kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi proses persalinan dapat dengan metode hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing merupakan perpaduan antara proses kelahiran alami dengan terapi hipnosis untuk membangun rasa percaya diri, persepsi positif, menurunkan ketakutan, kecemasan dan ketegangan pada sebelum persalinan, selama persalinan dan sesudah persalinan. Tujuan: Tujuan Scoping Review untuk memetakan bukti ilmiah berdasarkan artikel yang telah di publikasikan terkait Hypnobirthing Pada Penatalaksanaan Nyeri Persalinan. Metode: Desain penelitian scoping review menggunakan prisma-ScR cheklist, dengan frame work PICO, menggunakan data base Ebsco, Pubmed, Scient direct, Proquest. Seleksi artikel menggunakan Prisma Flowchart dan critical appraisal menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Hasil: Hasil pencarian data base diperoleh 8 artikel dari 1179 yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Artikel penelitian terdiri dari 2 artikel Quasi Eksperimen, 4 artikel Randomized Control Trial (RCT), 1 penelitian case control dan 1 penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian tersebut berasal dari Negara Malaysia 1 artikel, Inggris 2 artikel, Australia 2 artikel dan Turki 3 artikel. Ditemukan 3 tema yaitu karakteristik ibu, interval pemberian pelatihan hypnobirthing dan pengaruh hypnobirthing. Simpulan: Hypnobirthing membantu ibu menjadi berdaya dengan mengembangkan kesadaran akan kemampuan melahirkan secara alami dan dapat mengurangi rasa sakit saat melahirkan, mempersingkat waktu melahirkan dan memungkinkan ikatan yang lebih awal dengan bayi.
