Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of work discipline  on teacher performance. The research method used survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 45 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline  have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.
