Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CRF PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance of CRF PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of CRF PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin totaling 272 people. The sample used in this study is a probability sampling method using a simple random sampling technique where 158 employees were used as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of CRF PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of CRF PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin.
