Rapid technology advancements have an impact on education, one of which is blended learning. Blended learning is a combination of physical classroom activities and online technology-assisted learning activities. The goal of this study was to learn more about the utilization of Zoom Meeting application for blended learning, especially in present pandemic. Literary studies are used in the research process. Through Google Scholar, secondary data was gathered from articles, journals, and books, yielding seven journal articles. The conclusion of this study were the Zoom Meeting application may be used in the implementation of blended learning for all levels of education, as well as in training for teachers and lecturers, and the community at the Community Learning Activity Center. This application can increase student learning result; learning process was not monotonous and can grab students' attention; and it has a favorable impact on training students' learning independence. The teacher and community training is also going smoothly and efficiently. The issues include a less stable internet network; its consumes a lot of internet quota; a 45-minute meeting time limit for the first user; educators' and students' lack of understanding of how to use the application; the government's uneven distribution of facilities and infrastructure for delivering free internet, and a lack of training for instructors or lecturers on how to use it in the classroom.

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have career awareness problems that are not good, good enough, and good; because of the lack of knowledge about the potential of students, career awareness will be obtained through the learning process at school and in the surrounding environment, when researchers make observations in class, researchers find symptoms such as some students still cannot think about what the student did after graduating from school, some students do not know any jobs that are suitable for them, students who do not understand information about careers or further studies, and some students determine their careers from the invitation of their friends. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Classical Guidance Model Blended learning on students' Career awareness. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with experimental methods. The data processing results showed that the standard deviation value obtained before following classical guidance with the Blended learning model was 1,652. After following classical guidance with the Blended learning model, it increased to 2,135. Based on the results of the "Test Statistic" output above, the value of Asymp. Sig is known. i.e. 0.000. This study aims to determine the process of applying and improving learning outcomes, activities in the use of prezi applications in grade IV students of MI Muhammadiyah 25 Surabaya. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study are 26 students of grade IV MI Muhammadiyah 25 Surabaya for the 2022 academic year. This research can improve mathematical performance, especially in expressing mathematical sentences. The data collection process is carried out through observation and testing methods. The implementation of this study took place in two cycles. The results obtained from the action on cycle I averaged 53.8% increased to 80.8% in cycle II. The improvement in cycle II has reached classical completion so that there is no need for the next cycle, so it can be concluded that the application of interactive mathematics learning media assisted by the prezi application can improve student learning outcomes and student activities.
