Penentuan Efisiensi DSSC (Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell) yang Dibuat dari Semikonduktor ZnO yang diemban Fe3+ Melalui Metode Presipitasi

Abstract: Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan efisiensi DSSC (Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell) yang dibuat dari semikonduktor ZnO yang didoping dengan Fe3+ melalui metode presipitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan karakter semikonduktor ZnO yang disintesis dengan variasi konsentrasi doping Fe3+ 0; 1,0; 1,5 dan 2,0% yang disintesis dari prekursor Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O dengan dopan Fe3+ dan menentukan efisiensi DSSC.
