- To adjust the traditional pedestrian–vehicle conflict definition in order to fit scene‐based pedestrian–vehicle conflict analysis;
- To analyse potential safety indicators and find the indicators that are most sensitive to scene‐based pedestrian safety;
- To generate a model to indicate the scene‐based pedestrian safety and validate the model.
