Abstract: There were more female, adenocarcinoma patients in N2 group (p<0.05); however, T stage was not different between N1 and N2 groups. The number of metastatic lymph nodes and nodal stations were 5.6 ± 5.6 and 2.5 ± 1.4 in N2 group, which were significantly higher than 2.3 ± 1.7 and 1.2 ± 0.5 of N1 group (p<0.05). The overall 5-year survivals of N1 and N2 groups were 62.0% and 39.6% (p<0.05).
