Abstract: Background: Early diagnosis of pre-cancer lesions would certainly contribute to lowering the mortality rate. Lung cancer may develop both in the primary bronchus, small bronchioli and alveoli. In peripheral part of the lung rarely is known about multistep progression leading to adenocarcinoma.
