Abstract: AbstractStructurally diverse chemotherapeutic and chemopreventive drugs, including camptothecin, doxorubicin, sanguinarine, and others, were found to cause covalent crosslinking of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) trimers in mammalian cells exposed to fluorescent light.
