“…The most widely suggested specific treatment combines prednisone (0.5-1.0 mg/kg) with cyclosporine (5 mg/kg), and may also include cyclophosphamide (2 mg/kg) [3]. Initially, high-dose corticosteroids form the first line of defense, and are effective to some extent [100].
