Abstract: Abstract -This paper presents theoretical results on instability processes in nanoscale tunneling structures that were obtained from a computationally improved physicsbased simulator. The results were obtained from a numerical implementation of the Wigner-Poisson electron transport model upon a parallel-computing platform.
