Abstract: RESUMO - INTRODUÇÃOOs hematomas intramurais de duodeno (HIMD) são raros e geralmente associados a traumatismo abdominal, sendo menos freqüentemente descritos em pacientes predispostos a distúrbios de coagulação ou que fazem uso de anticoagulantes.
