Abstract: lyze the levels of sFas, sFasL and OPG in lung cancer in relation to the histological type of the tumor, clinical stage, response to therapy. The study included 48 patients (NSCLC-Non Small Cell Lung Cancer) and 15 healthy subjects as controls. Peripheral venous blood samples were collected before and after chemotherapy. sFas, sFasL and OPG serum levels were measured with a Elisa kits (R&D; Bender MS.).
