Abstract: The good news, according to a new report about ozone depletion, is that the ozone layer will recover in 50 years—if parties to the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer fully adhere to the treaty, and if other conditions that could affect the atmosphere remain stable.
