“…Kumbak et al [19] indicated that patients with an endometrium <7 mm had a poor outcome, but the pregnancy rate could be improved by increasing the number of transferred embryos. In our study, the group A also have the lowest CPR, although the reason was unclear.…”

“…A number of reports have shown that embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy rates are significantly lower in women with a thin endometrium which is considered to be less able to support implantation and pregnancy. However, we believe that a thin endometrium might also be simply a consequence of POR; women with POR will have lower estradiol levels compared to those with normal or high ovarian response as they have a diminished cohort of recruitable antral follicles, resulting in decreased production of estradiol, which might compromise endometrial improvement.…”

“…Both a thin endometrium and the presence of an endometrioma are considered generally as causes of poor reproductive outcome following IVF; however, these two conditions are related to ovarian response. Women with a low ovarian reserve have a diminished cohort of recruitable antral follicles, resulting in decreased estradiol production, in comparison to women with a normal or high ovarian reserve.…”

“…Furthermore, clinical pregnancy was determined not to differ between the artificial cycles and GnRHsupported artificial cycles (44,50,51). Some studies have shown that endometrial thickness positively affects pregnancy rates in FT cycles (39,52,53). Complete downregulation cannot be guaranteed in artificial cycles, and early luteinization may therefore exist in 5% of cases.…”
