Os Cuidados Não-Farmacológicos Para Alívio Da Dor No Trabalho De Parto: Orientações Da Equipe De Enfermagem

Abstract

Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória, realizada em uma maternidade escola no municípiode Curitiba/PR no ano de 2007. Os objetivos foram verificar se os cuidados não-farmacológicos de alívio da dor sãoorientados pela equipe de enfermagem à parturiente e identificar quais as técnicas de cuidados não farmacológicos dealívio da dor são propostos à parturiente pela equipe de enfermagem. Com um instrumento semi-estruturado, realizou-seuma observação participante de uma equipe de enfermagem e entrevistas com 10 puérperas. Como resultados as pacientesrealizaram pelo menos uma das técnicas incentivadas pela equipe, dentre as quais: massagem, banho, deambulação, bolade parto. Analisando os resultados, nota-se que a equipe está promovendo o cuidado de acordo com o que preconizam osmanuais que ressaltam a humanização do parto.
