Os Avanços do Uso da Bromelina nos Efeitos da Cicatrização da Pele e Anti-Inflamatório

Abstract

Ananas comosus, is a fruit that has medicinal enzyme, widely cultivated in tropical regions of Brazil, popularly known as the pineapple fruit rich in the proteolytic enzyme Bromelain, has a great therapeutic power, being widely used by the population for its anti-inflammatory action, which also has topical action, healing action on the skin. The aim of the study was to analyze the use of bromelain as a therapeutic product with anti-inflammatory and healing effects and its side effects using several documents in the scientific literature and in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences databases (LILACS) ) and Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO).
