Ortaöğretim Öğretmen Eğitimi için Esnek ve Sistematik Model

Abstract: Ortaöğretim öğretmen eğitimine yönelik farklı modeller uygulamaya konulmaktadır. Ancak öğretmen eğitimine yönelik model arayışı devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, özellikle Türkiye'deki ortaöğretim öğretmen eğitimi sorunlarına çözüm bulmak ve uluslararası öğretmen eğitimi standartlarını karşılamak amacıyla Esnek ve Sistematik Model önerilmiştir.
