Organizational Culture and Intrapreneurship Growth in Nigeria: Evidence from Selected Manufacturing Firms

Abstract: The study examines the effect of organizational culture (measured by organizational norms and organizational shared values) on intrapreneurship growth in manufacturing sector of the Nigerian economy.
