Abstract: CASE PRESENTATIONA 64-year-old white female presented to our glaucoma clinic in September 2004. Her local ophthalmologist had referred the patient for possible glaucoma diagnosis in the presence of longstanding drusen of the optic nerve head. Upon presentation, the patient complained of slow, progressive vision loss in her left eye.
