Open Drainage in Chronic Subdural Hematomas: A Prospective Study of 189 Cases

Abstract: Background & Importance: Chronic subdural hematoma (CSH) is one of the most frequent intracranial hemorrhages in adults. However, gold standard treatment of CSH is not yet defined.
