Abstract: The quasiclassical kinetic equation for the conduction electrons distribution function and boundary conditions for this equation are written in "action-angle" variables. It allows to obtain a relation between the boundary condition parameters and the quantum surface collision integral for conduction electrons with an arbitrary dispersion law.
