On the Control of the 2D Navier–Stokes Equations with Kolmogorov Forcing

Abstract: This paper is devoted to the control problem of a nonlinear dynamical system obtained by a truncation of the two-dimensional (2D) Navier–Stokes (N-S) equations with periodic boundary conditions and with a sinusoidal external force along the x-direction.
