Abstract: Phase transitions in random systems of the lattice-gas type (alloys in the independent band limit, amorphous transition metals) may be connected with the site percolation problem /l/. The onset of ferromagnetism in AxBl,, alloys can be described transparently; as a function of concentration x, by excluding the itinerant electrons from A sites /2, 3/.
