Multiple-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods have been widely employed in various fields and disciplines, including decision problems regarding Sustainable Development (SD) issues. The main objective of this paper is to present a systematic literature review (SLR) on MCDM methods supporting decisions focusing on the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in regional, national, or local contexts. In this regard, 143 published scientific articles from 2016 to 2020 were retrieved from the Scopus database, selected and reviewed. They were categorized according to the decision problem associated with SDGs issues, the MCDM methodological approach, including the use (or not) of fuzzy set theory, sensitivity analysis, and multistakeholder approaches, the context of MCDM applications, and the MCDM classification (if utility-based, compromise, multi-objective, outranking, or other MCDM methods). The widespread adoption of MCDM methods in complex contexts confirms that they can help decision-makers solve multidimensional problems associated with key issues within the 2030 Agenda framework. Besides, the state-of-art review provides an improved understanding of this research field and directions for building a research agenda for those interested in advancing the research on MCDM applications in issues associated with the 2030 Agenda framework.

China has implemented the intellectual property strategy since 2008 to support innovation-driven development. However, statistical data issued during the “12th Five-Year Plan” (2011–2015) showed that there are certain deviations between the actual and expected intellectual property strategy’s goals. To effectively diagnose the goal deviation, an algorithm combining the latent Dirichlet allocation and bimodal network based on policy text was proposed. In this method, topics in intellectual property policy texts of China’s provincial regions were extracted through the latent Dirichlet allocation model, and a bimodal network centered at provincial administration district-policy topics was constructed. Subsequently, the characteristics of the goal execution deviation of the IPS in the provincial government were explored based on the centrality of the bimodal network and singular value decomposition. Finally, some diagnosis results and conclusions were demonstrated to provide reasonable methods for evaluation of national strategic planning and promoting policy performance.

This study aims to look at various components triggering the commitment of Muhammadiyah teachers in developing the quality of Muhammadiyah schools. This research uses a quantitative method involving 60 elementary school teachers with a varied work period. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis to measure the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study state that the relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, ease of development, ease of work, result demonstrability, image, and voluntariness variables can predict the commitment of teachers in developing the quality of Muhammadiyah elementary schools with an F value of 23,717 and a probability value of 0,000 . Meanwhile, of the eight variables, only the compatibility and voluntariness variables have a significant influence with the probability values of 0.036 and 0,000.
