After the implementation of the SECA regulation in BSR in 2015, one other step towards cleaner shipping will be the NECA regulation from 2021. Thus, green shipping is an important highlight on the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) environmental agenda. It is well known that shipping is one of the most international industries but it also represents one of the most dangerous businesses since maritime sector workers are often exposed to a number of occupational hazards such as difficult and uncontrolled climate conditions, emissions, noise, vibration, chemicals, and long hours of work in combination with rigid organisational structures, isolation and high levels of psychological stress. Maritime workers are often confronted with health problems, occupational diseases, incidents and occupational accidents. This sends a strong pointer that green shipping should also imply greener maritime jobs so that the work becomes safer for workers and corresponds to the global challenges of environmental protection, economic development and social inclusion. The presented research analyses the health and safety aspects of green shipping in the context of occupational health and safety (OSH) to identify set of indicators that are essential to be applied in green shipping. The central research question evaluates health and OSH risks of BSR inhabitants and seafarers to determine the extent to which the SECA regulations have helped to improve health and work related conditions in the BSR.

Organizations have faced pressure from their stakeholders to adopt environmentally friendly business practices since the last few decades, which creates a major problem in front of their management to sustain their position in the highly competitive market. In order to retain its strategic image among the stakeholders' minds, there is a need to develop some green practices in its human resources department that boost its sustainability. In this paper, there is a brief description regarding how these green HRM bundles caused a major impact on environmental sustainable performance. Its independent variables are; green hiring, green training & involvement, and green performance management & compensation. While organizational citizenship behavior acts as a mediator between independent and dependent variables. An online survey-based quantitative data collection method is used where 402 participants' data is considered to apply the SPSS test i.e. structural equation modelling. The majority of the participants' results show that green performance management & compensation cause a major influence on organizational citizenship behavior and environmental sustainable performance. While green hiring has, the least impact and green training & involvement show the moderate outcome on the dependent and mediating variable. This study is an informative approach for the Indonesian healthcare sector and its management to make some efficient changes in its HR policies, and also this data will add value in the decision making process of this state policymakers and other research fellows. Indeed, this is important research, but there are also some limitations like lack of mixed research, and Indonesia state-based restricted research can affect the acceptability of this analysis. This gap can fulfill by upcoming scholars in their research journals.

Economic growths are often used to measure the development of a country. Thus, the economic growth is what every economy tries to achieve for good of everyone as a whole. In the other hand education, health and employment are one the most important tool for the economy growth. Thailand as developing countries concern about the economy growth and done an investment in through it. The general objective of this paper is to examine the relationship between education, health, employment and economic growth in Thailand from 1988 to 2017. The econometric method is used to examine the relationship between education, health, employment and economic growth. Unit root test indicate that all of the above variables are I (1). Johensen's test was conducted to see the long run relationship between these variables. Meanwhile the relationship is test by using Ordinary Least Square and the Granger Causality test. The relationship between education with the economic growth are examine by using the literacy rate as education proxy variable. The health variable is examining by using the infant mortality rate, life expectancy and crude death rate with the GDP and the employment are examine by using the total employment rate with the GDP. As conclusion the results shows the positive relationship between the three variables with the economic growth and suggestion to the Thailand economic to do more investments in this variable. The findings of this study can be used to generate concrete policy reform suggestion and also used as guideline or example for other developing countries.
