“…There have been a variety of attempts for the train collision warning system which is independent from the ATP signal system. Germany proposed the concept of RCAS (Railway Collision Avoidance System) in 2006 and has done a successful demonstration and validation in 2010 [3,5]. RCAS is mainly based on GPS satellite positioning and Ad-hoc network communication technology to complete the warning.…”
