Abstract: Resumo: A Teoria Institucional pode explicar os papéis das instituições na organização da sociedade, porém, sua aplicação ao estudo de organizações é recente. Por isso, este estudo bibliométrico buscou analisar as publicações dessa temática e verificar quais são os temas emergentes.
